How are we DIFFERENT to the rest?
- We choose to be a small builder because we enjoy the personal touch on all our builds and never want to lose that
- We use smaller trade sub-contractor companies that we have being working with for years. We like it this way, so we know every trade that is going into your home by first name AND we know that they will do a good job
- Our Builder is also the site supervisor and he EVEN gets on the tools when he can so you will not get confused with different supervisors and you will be able to talk with your actual builder
- We like to hold your hand throughout the whole process and help from initial design concept through to completion- however we will never hold Intellectual rights over your design
Built to last
Timber Framed Homes and Termites???
We use H2 termite treated timber as a minimum on all our timber frame builds, so you don't have to worry about termites.
All slabs are comprehensively treated with termite barriers too, so you don't need to be concerned with those pesky little things!
